Refund policy

Thank you for choosing 416 Auto Detailing for your automotive detailing needs. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the highest quality service. Please take a moment to review our refund policy regarding deposits and cancellations.

1. Deposits:

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is determined based on the services scheduled.

2. Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated to 416 Auto Detailing at least 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. Rescheduling Option:

In the event of a cancellation, clients will be given the option to reschedule their appointment.
The rescheduled appointment must be within 7 days of the original appointment date.
The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

4. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments.

5. Exceptions:

In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, 416 Auto Detailing reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy.
Requests for exceptions should be submitted in writing to 416autodetailing@gmailcom and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
